The Maxxis Minion DHR II is a benchmark tire for aggressive trail, enduro, and downhill riding, renowned for exceptional cornering control and braking power. Its tread design, taken directly from the gravity world, is engineered to deliver traction, stability, and precision even in the most demanding conditions.
The side knobs, inspired by the legendary Minion DHF and suitably widened, provide superior cornering support, making the DHR II virtually unbeatable when riding on edge. In the center, ramp-edged knobs improve acceleration and reduce rolling resistance, while the siping promotes a smooth, predictable transition when the bike is leaned over. The distinctive shovel-shaped center knobs bite into the ground during the most aggressive braking, ensuring control and stability even in critical situations.
When paired with a Minion DHF up front, the DHR II offers one of the most effective and aggressive setups for modern trail and enduro riding.
