The right of withdrawal, regulated by law by Legislative Decree no. 206 of 06/09/2005, provides for the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason with the return of the purchased product and the receipt of the corresponding refund. This right can only be exercised by the consumer-customer, i.e. the individual who purchases the goods for purposes not related to their professional activity and therefore does not indicate a VAT number in the order form. All return requests must be submitted within 14 days from the receipt of the order.

- The item to be returned/exchanged must NOT have been used or damaged and must have the original packaging, tags and labels, where present. Otherwise, 20% of the value of the product will be deducted from any refund.
- For shoes it is important that the cleats for attachment to the pedals have NOT been mounted or used . The shoe boxes constitute an integral part of the product itself and must not be used in any way as the main shipping packaging.
- Regarding components such as seat posts, saddles, cranksets or other mechanical items, it is important that they are NOT mounted in order for the return to be accepted .
- The return request must be made no later than 14 days from receipt of the order
- In the event that the purchased product does not comply with the description/image shown in the shop, the collection costs will be borne by Cicli Drigani.

- The goods to be exchanged or returned must be sent within 14 days of acceptance of the Online Return Request
- Send the goods you wish to exchange or return with safe packaging, using our envelope/box or any other packaging as long as it is safe and well sealed
- All tags and labels must not be removed from the products. If the product arrived in its original packaging, this must be preserved
- The customer is responsible for the product during shipping therefore, if you choose to entrust the package to your trusted courier, use a shipping method that is traceable in case of any problems

In the event of damage to the product during transport, Cicli Drigani will notify the Customer of what has happened (within five working days of receiving the product in its warehouses), to allow him to immediately file a complaint against the courier he has chosen and obtain a refund of the value of the product (if insured by the customer).

If defects are found in the goods received from Cicli Drigani, please CONTACT US within 10 days of receiving the order. The Customer Assistance Service will evaluate whether any anomalies can be resolved, whether it is necessary to return the product (in this case the shipping will be paid by Cicli Drigani) or whether to open a Warranty Request with the manufacturer. In the case of goods that require installation or products to be repaired, it is essential to follow the manufacturer's instructions. In case of doubts or clarifications we ask to be contacted before irreparable damage is done.Q
