The right of withdrawal, regulated by law by Legislative Decree no. 206 of 06/09/2005, provides for the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason with the return of the purchased product and the receipt of the corresponding refund. This right can only be exercised by the consumer-customer, i.e. the individual who purchases the goods for purposes not related to their professional activity and therefore does not indicate a VAT number in the order form. All return requests must be submitted within 14 days from the receipt of the order.

RETURN CONDITIONS

  • The item to be returned/exchanged MUST NOT have been 2nd Hand or damaged and must have the original packaging, tags, and labels, where present. Otherwise, 20% of the product value will be withheld from any refund.
  • Shoes must not be used and the pedal cleats must not be installed. Additionally, the original shoe box is an integral part of the product and must not be used as the main packaging for shipping. The return must be made by placing the shoe box inside suitable external packaging to protect it from any damage.
  • Individual components such as seatposts, saddles, cranksets, or other mechanical items MUST NOT be installed for the return to be accepted.
  • The return request must be made within and no later than 14 days from receipt of the order
  • If the purchased product does not match the description/image shown in the shop, write immediately to onlineshop@ciclidrigani.com.

HOW TO MAKE A SECURE RETURN?

  • The goods to be exchanged or returned must be sent within 14 days of acceptance of the Online Return Request
  • Send the goods you wish to exchange or return with safe packaging, using our envelope/box or any other packaging as long as it is safe and well sealed
  • All tags and labels must not be removed from the products. If the product arrived in its original packaging, this must be preserved
  • The customer is responsible for the product during shipping therefore, if you choose to entrust the package to your trusted courier, use a shipping method that is traceable in case of any problems

PRODUCTS RETURNED DAMAGED DURING TRANSPORT

In the event of damage to the product during transport, Cicli Drigani will notify the Customer of what has happened (within five working days of receiving the product in its warehouses), to allow him to immediately file a complaint against the courier he has chosen and obtain a refund of the value of the product (if insured by the customer).

HAVE YOU RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT?

If a product has a manufacturing defect, you can request repair or replacement directly from the manufacturer. Cicli Drigani does not determine whether the defect is due to manufacturing causes or accidental damage.

The defective product must be shipped back to our operational headquarters (Via Lanzo 207, 10071 Borgaro Torinese TO), carefully packaged and without any accessory components.

If you do not have a trusted courier, for accessories, components, and clothing (not bicycles) you can use our national shipping service. In this case, please indicate the pickup address and preferred time slot in the order notes; you will receive a shipping label via email to attach to the package.

Inside the package, please include: a copy of the purchase invoice, a description of the defect, and your contact details. The product will be sent to the manufacturer for inspection and, afterwards, returned to us and then to the sender at our expense. Warranty times range from 14 to 60 days depending on the brand.

DID YOU RECEIVE THE WRONG GOODS?

In case of incorrect items sent by Cicli Drigani please CONTACT US within 24/48 hours of receiving the order. The Customer Support Service will resolve the issue in the best way possible.

ORDERS SHIPPED NOT COLLECTED BY THE CUSTOMER

If a shipped order is not collected by the customer, the package will be returned to the sender's headquarters (Cicli Drigani) after the predetermined number of days, and a refund will be issued for the items contained, excluding shipping and storage costs.
