The order has been delivered, but one or all of the products are not the correct size and you want to return them for a refund or exchange them for the right size?

Here is how to do it:

1. Prepare the product including all boxes and packaging still attached and intact (thus how did it arrive to you therefore), reusing our bag/box or any other suitable packaging, making sure it is secure and well sealed.
