HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

The order has been delivered, but one or all of the products are not the correct size and you want to return them for a refund or exchange them for the right size?

Here is how to do it:

  1. Prepare the product including all boxes and packaging still attached and intact (thus how did it arrive to you therefore), reusing our bag/box or any other suitable packaging, making sure it is secure and well sealed.

  2. Insertinside the package a sheet with handwritten or printed textthe order numberof which to make the return,including your first and last name, and how you intend to handle the return Do you want one size up, one size down? Another color? A refund of the amount spent?
