1. Fill out the form to submit the request for an exchange of goods or a return with refund
2. Wait for the request to be accepted
3. Prepare the product by reusing our bag/box or any other packaging making sure it is safe and well sealed
4. Write by hand outside the package the RETURN ID that you find on the open Return Request page, under the heading "Information"
5. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, therefore, entrust the package to your trusted courier

All updates on the status of your Return Request will be notified to you via email

Once the goods have been received, Cicli Drigani reserves the right to verify the state of care of the returned product before starting the Item Exchange or Refund procedure.

If the entire order is returned to the customer, the amount of the returned goods will be refunded, excluding shipping costs

If it is returned as part of the order, only the value of the returned goods will be refunded (excluding outward shipping costs)

The item to be returned/exchanged must not be used or damaged and must have the original packaging, tags and labels, where present. Otherwise, 20% of the value of the product will be deducted from any refund.
