It's a flat fee, it does not represent the actual hourly effort we will spend assembling your new bike.

Con this service, your bike will be delivered assembled, adjusted, and ready to use.

Without this option, the bike will arrive as packed by the manufacturer and will require some technical adjustments to be used safely; without this option, the bike will arrive sooner, as we will not need to schedule the final assembly and all adjustments and updates (in case of electronic gears and/or e-bike), but keep in mind that it will require technical interventions to be used safely.

The level of technical intervention varies from brand to brand, and can also vary within the same brand depending on the bike model.

Once you have completed your purchase on Cicli Drigani, you will receive a confirmation email at the address you provided during the ordering process.
This confirmation includes all the order details that we invite you to check to ensure everything is correct.

Subsequently, once the order has been shipped and the courier generates the tracking code, you will receive another email containing the tracking code to follow the shipment.

As soon as your order is handed over to the courier, you will receive an email with the tracking code. This way, you can follow the journey of your package until it arrives at its destination.

We commit to shipping all orders, except for bikes with the assembled and adjusted option, within 2 business days.

The bikes with the "assembled and adjusted option" will be shipped within 10 business days.

Delivery times vary depending on the location:

• Italy: delivery usually within 2 working days.
• Europe: delivery typically in 5 working days.
• Switzerland: delivery typically in 5 working days.

Both for national shipments and for international shipments, we have only one type of shipping; there is no option to choose between standard or express shipping.

Shipping within Italy:

For shipments to Europe and Italian islands, the shipping cost calculated at checkout is the actual courier fee charged to us, with no additional markup, based on the requested shipping address.

If you prefer, you can pick up your order directly at our store in Borgaro Torinese (TO), at Via Lanzo, 207. This option eliminates shipping costs and allows you to receive your purchases personally.

If at the time of delivery you notice that the packaging has visible damage, we ask you to accept the goods with a specific reservation and to immediately report the situation to us by sending an email toonlineshop@ciclidrigani.com. It is important to do this within 5 days of receipt to allow us to manage your report in the best possible way.
