VIBRATION ABSORPTION: The Future Shock 3.0 cartridge is the new star in the sky, more adjustable and durable. Regardless of the riding position, every cyclist can take advantage of 20mm of travel, friction-free, between the stem and the steerer tube. Hands on the handlebars remain steady, ensuring a smoother ride with greater control to be faster, safer, and more confident.
The lowered clamp design exposes a larger portion of the seatpost to increase its flex. The Pavé seatpost 'controls' this movement for optimal vibration absorption in the vertical plane. These two features together form the 'AfterShock' technology, which, combined with the Roubaix's stiff rear triangle, creates a smooth ride without compromising efficiency.
