Puoi utilizzare questa funzione per esercitare online il diritto di recesso relativo a un ordine effettuato sul nostro e-commerce, nei casi e nei termini previsti dalla normativa vigente e dai nostri termini e condizioni.
Compila i campi richiesti per identificare l’ordine e i prodotti per i quali desideri esercitare il recesso ed il reso.
Dopo la conferma riceverai via email un avviso di ricevimento della dichiarazione inviata e le istruzioni su come procedere al reso.

No problem, you can cancel and return your order by following this procedure:
1. Prepare the product
Carefully prepare the product to be returned, complete with original packaging, boxes, wrapping, accessories, manuals, tags, labels, and any other items received with the product, if present.
The product must be packed securely and adequately protected for transport, reusing, if possible, our original box/envelope or other suitable packaging, well closed and sealed.
2. Include a reference inside the package
Inside the package, include a handwritten or printed sheet with:
• order number;
• first and last name;
• returned products;
• indication of the requested method: refund or, where available, size, color, or item exchange.
Size, color, or item exchange is subject to the availability of the requested products.
3. Ship the package
Direct return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, as indicated in our Terms and Conditions of Sale and the right of withdrawal information.
Hand the package over to a courier of your choice and keep the shipping receipt. If available, we invite you to provide us with the tracking code.
The goods must be shipped without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date you communicated your decision to withdraw from the contract.

Shipments sent collect or with transport costs charged to the recipient will not be accepted.
4. Product inspection and refund
Once the goods are received, Cicli Drigani will check the condition of the returned products before proceeding with the refund or, where requested and available, with the item exchange.
Il prodotto non deve essere usato, danneggiato, rovinato o restituito incompleto. Il consumatore è responsabile dell’eventuale diminuzione di valore dei beni risultante da una manipolazione diversa da quella necessaria per stabilirne natura, caratteristiche e funzionamento.
In caso di prodotto restituito usato, danneggiato, incompleto, privo di elementi essenziali o con imballo non idoneo, Cicli Drigani potrà trattenere dal rimborso un importo proporzionato alla diminuzione di valore riscontrata.
In the event of withdrawal relating to the entire order, payments received will be refunded, including any standard delivery costs, except for additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery type other than the least expensive type of delivery offered.
In the event of partial withdrawal, only the value of the returned products will be refunded.
