No problem, you can cancel and return your order by following this procedure:

1. Prepare the product

Carefully prepare the product to be returned, complete with original packaging, boxes, wrapping, accessories, manuals, tags, labels, and any other items received with the product, if present.

The product must be packed securely and adequately protected for transport, reusing our original box/envelope or other suitable packaging, well closed and sealed, if possible.

2. Include a reference inside the package

Inside the package, include a handwritten or printed sheet with:

• order number;
• first and last name;
• returned products;
• indication of the requested method: refund or, where available, size, color, or item exchange.

Size, color, or item exchange is subject to the availability of the requested products.

3. Ship the package

Direct return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, as indicated in our Terms and Conditions of Sale and the right of withdrawal policy.

Hand the package over to a courier of your choice and keep the shipping receipt. If available, we invite you to provide us with the tracking code.

The goods must be shipped without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date you communicated your decision to withdraw from the contract.

Shipments sent cash on delivery or with transport costs charged to the recipient will not be accepted.

• enter the pickup address and preferred time slot (morning or afternoon) in the order notes for two working days after the pickup request (e.g., if I purchase the shipment on Monday, the courier will come on Wednesday; if I purchase it on Thursday, the courier will come on Monday (couriers do not operate on Saturdays and Sundays)).
  
  If, two days later, it is a day not suitable for pickup, indicate the first available day starting after the 2 working days needed to process the request and provide sufficient notice to the courier.

4. Product inspection and refund

Una volta ricevuta la merce, Cicli Drigani verificherà lo stato dei prodotti restituiti prima di procedere con il rimborso o, ove richiesto e disponibile, con il cambio articolo.

Il prodotto non deve essere usato, danneggiato, rovinato o restituito incompleto. Il consumatore è responsabile dell’eventuale diminuzione di valore dei beni risultante da una manipolazione diversa da quella necessaria per stabilirne natura, caratteristiche e funzionamento.

In caso di prodotto restituito usato, danneggiato, incompleto, privo di elementi essenziali o con imballo non idoneo, Cicli Drigani potrà trattenere dal rimborso un importo proporzionato alla diminuzione di valore riscontrata.
