Siamo entusiasti di presentare la nostra prima edizione speciale del sistema OSPW RS. Le nuove versioni Argent e Niro offrono un'estetica pulita e moderna, con un elemento grafico distintivo nella gabbia del cambio.
Il design scuro Niro è abbinato a pulegge ALPHA Disc nere, mentre la versione argentata Argent presenta pulegge ALPHA Disc in finitura argento.
Compatibile esclusivamente con il gruppo SRAM Red E1 AXS. Non compatibile con SRAM Force E1/Rival E1.
Con l'OSPW RS dedicato ai gruppi strada SRAM, abbiamo portato il nostro sistema di pulegge oversize verso il futuro con un design moderno e angolare. La nuova estetica aggiunge equilibrio e raffinatezza, integrandosi perfettamente con le tendenze attuali nel design di telai e gruppi, di cui l’OSPW è parte integrante.
Prestazioni di cambiata ottimizzate
Active Debris Remover (ADR)
ADR è una tecnologia innovativa, attualmente in attesa di brevetto, che impedisce efficacemente l’ingresso di detriti nel cuscinetto.
È costituita da una nuova copertura antipolvere che si ancora saldamente in una scanalatura della puleggia, racchiudendo completamente il cuscinetto. Questa è abbinata a una struttura con scanalature a lame che, durante la rotazione della puleggia, espelle dinamicamente i detriti.
ADR è frutto di uno sviluppo continuo tra il nostro reparto Ricerca & Sviluppo, il laboratorio test CeramicSpeed e i feedback sul campo dei nostri team professionistici off-road.
ALPHA Disc
Il nuovo OSPW RS è equipaggiato con le resistentissime pulegge ALPHA Disc, introdotte inizialmente nel sistema OSPW X per la trasmissione Eagle.
Le ALPHA Disc sono realizzate con una struttura a due componenti: un profilo dentato narrow-wide in materiale composito, che assicura durabilità e riduzione del rumore, e un disco solido in alluminio che impedisce l’ingresso di corpi esterni tra i raggi della puleggia, aumentando allo stesso tempo robustezza e rigidità.
Le prime versioni di questo design sono state testate durante le Coppe del Mondo di Ciclocross. Nella stagione 2022, il team Tormans ha adottato con successo questo sistema anche nelle condizioni di fango più estreme.
Nuovo design: qualità e resistenza migliorate
Il nuovo OSPW RS non è solo un aggiornamento estetico. La gabbia è stata rinforzata per offrire livelli superiori di robustezza e durata.
