MONDRAKER PLAY 20

The Mondraker Play 20 is an e-bike designed for young riders who want to tackle trails with fun, safety, and control. Thanks to the new frame design, updated geometry, and the Mahle X35 assistance system, this electric bike for kids offers stable, intuitive, and high-performance riding.

The Play range introduces a completely renewed frame, inspired by adult Mondraker models like the Neat and F-Podium. The result is a bike with a modern and aggressive look, featuring minimalist lines and a structure designed to improve stability and handling.

New frame design

The Mondraker Play 20 frame is made from Alloy Stealth Evo, the hydroformed aluminum developed by Mondraker to ensure lightness, rigidity, and strength. The design features cleaner lines and the characteristic window at the junction of the top tube, seat tube, and head tube.

The position of the battery and seat tube has been lowered to reduce the bike's center of gravity, improving stability and handling, especially in more technical sections.

Optimized Forward Geometry

As with Mondraker adult mountain bikes, the Play 20 also utilizes the Forward Geometry philosophy. The new geometry has been developed to improve the rider's position and offer greater control on difficult sections.

The riding position is more natural and secure, allowing young riders to tackle trails with greater confidence.

Mahle X35 Motor: Natural Assistance

Mondraker has chosen to equip the Play 20 with the Mahle X35 system, a light and compact motor perfect for lightweight e-bikes.

The system offers:

• maximum torque of 40 Nm

• assistance up to 25 km/h

• integrated 250 Wh battery

The three assistance modes can be customized via the Mahle MySmartBike app, allowing the power to be adapted to the rider's needs.

Designed for the trails

The Mondraker Play 20 is designed to offer safety and control on trails. The 2.4" tires, derived from adult ranges, ensure greater grip, comfort, and stability.

Furthermore, the bike is prepared for the installation of a telescopic seatpost with internal HHG cable routing, to further improve control on more technical routes.
