Instructions: Since each body has slightly different assimilation times and energy needs, depending on metabolism and fitness level, it is recommended to optimize the performance of the ENERGY LONG RACES SWEET-SALTY bar by using it first during training.

Usage: BEFORE: At least 60-90 minutes before engaging in intense activity, preferably accompanied by some water. DURING Long races:take every 1.5 - 2 hours with a little water.Medium races : take halfway through the course with a little water.

Ingredients: Hazelnuts (24%), peanuts (15%), sweetener: maltitol, honey, sugar, egg white, sweetener: isomalt, apricots (4%) (dried apricots, rice flour, antioxidant: sulfur dioxide), maltodextrin, sesame, L-glutamine, soy flour, corn starch, antioxidant: rosemary extract, emulsifier: E471.
