It offers a quick energy boost that lasts over time. The ENERGY LONG RACES SWEET-SALTY bar contains no added fats, is easily digestible, and easy to chew. It has an excellent taste and maintains its characteristics even in critical situations. ENERGY LONG RACES SWEET-SALTY is gluten-free (Gluten Free) and is therefore also suitable for celiac individuals or those with gluten intolerance.

Usage: BEFORE: At least 60-90 minutes before engaging in intense activity, preferably accompanied by some water. DURING Long races:take every 1.5 - 2 hours with a little water.Medium races : take halfway through the course with a little water.
