With this service, your bike will be delivered assembled, adjusted, and ready to ride. Without this option, the bike will arrive as packaged by the manufacturer and will require some technical setup to use it safely.

When can I pay with HeyLight in 12 interest-free installments?

HeyLight 12 installments is valid only for customers with tax residence in Italy, and for amounts from 100 to 5000€.

For carts over 5000€, select HeyLight 12/24/36 to pay, at your choice, in 12, 24, or 36 installments, with a TAN of 9.90%.

Are the prices inclusive of VAT?

If you are purchasing from the European Union you are viewing the price including VAT for the respective country, shipping excluded.

If you are purchasing from Switzerland or a non-EU country you are viewing the net price, shipping excluded.

How long does shipping take?

The "assembled and adjusted" bikes will be processed and shipped no later than 10 working days.
All other products within 48 working hours, except for NorthWave, Quad Lock, Maxxis, MagicShine, Bryton products which are shipped in 7 working days.
