Instructions:Suggestion: since every organism is different and metabolism under stress responds differently to the intake of energy foods, it is advisable to optimize the consumption of bars during training, before the race. The ENERGY LONG RACES bar is recommended to provide energy in solid form, before and during training. It offers a quick and long-lasting energy supply. The LONG RACES bar from the new Energy line is easily digestible, has a great taste, is easy to chew, and maintains its characteristics even in critical situations.

Usage:Before physical activity: Take 1 LONG RACES bar about 60-90 minutes before starting the activity, accompanied by about a glass of water.
-During physical activity: Long-duration efforts: consume 1 LONG RACES bar at regular intervals of about 1.5-2 hours during the first part of the race or training, followed by water (or Performance Sete). Medium-duration efforts: consume 1 LONG RACES bar around the middle of the training or race, followed by water (or Performance Sete).
