The GALFER NEW DISC SHARK EVO 203 mm 6-bolt rotor with Kashima finish is an oversized brake disc designed to deliver maximum braking power, superior control, and thermal stability even in the most extreme conditions. Ideal for gravity, enduro, and e-bike use, it ensures more progressive, powerful, and consistent braking thanks to the larger contact surface and improved heat dissipation management.

The evolved design integrates an optimized structure with fins and ventilation holes that significantly improve cooling, making it perfect for long descents and intensive use. The aluminum core is made from aerospace-grade 7075-T6 alloy, fully CNC-machined through topological optimization to ensure rigidity, precision, and high performance.

The coplanar structure between the braking track and the core ensures uniform force distribution, improving braking stability and promoting even pad wear thanks to the symmetrical action of the pistons. The hard anodic oxide surface treatment increases wear resistance, ensuring a long lifespan even in extreme conditions.

The connection between components is handled by 8 mm hollow aluminum rivets and an optimized semi-rigid joint, which guarantee excellent force transmission and a more precise, controlled braking feel.
