La massima velocità è da sempre l’obiettivo principale nella progettazione della Demo. Il telaio è stato sviluppato per offrire la massima flessibilità nella configurazione delle ruote, permettendo al rider di utilizzare una ruota anteriore da 29” e una posteriore da 27,5”, combinazione ideale per unire trazione e maneggevolezza. In alternativa, è possibile montare una ruota da 29” anche al posteriore, così da adattare la bici a diversi terreni e stili di guida.
Il telaio viene fornito con ammortizzatore Öhlins TTX22M.2 a molla, dotato di regolazioni esterne del ritorno e della compressione alle alte e basse velocità.
Il telaio Demo Race in lega M5 è completamente ottimizzato per sfruttare i vantaggi di trazione della ruota anteriore da 29” e l’agilità della ruota posteriore da 27,5”. Grazie al carro posteriore regolabile, la lunghezza dei foderi bassi e l’altezza del movimento centrale restano sempre correttamente bilanciate, indipendentemente dalla dimensione della ruota posteriore installata.
