New Bianchi Infinito 2026: The All-Road Bike That Changes the Rules of Endurance

Nuova Bianchi Infinito 2026: l’all-road che cambia le regole dell’endurance

The new Bianchi Infinito 2026 is not a simple restyling: it is a change in philosophy. Bianchi positions it as all-rounder “all-road” capable of uniting three elements that, until recently, seemed to force a choice: high-end road performance, real comfort over long distances and a gravel-ready versatility that's credible, to be truly used on mixed terrain.

If you've always thought of endurance as a “comfortable road bike”, here the concept expands: Infinito becomes a bike that invites you to leave the asphalt, without losing the feeling of a premium road bike when the pace picks up.

The heart of the project: less vibration, more speed, more control

Next-generation Countervail (now also in the seatpost)

Bianchi introduces the most advanced evolution of the Countervail vibration cancelling: the new formulation is stated to be 20% lighter than the previous one and works in synergy with a redesigned seatpost to further reduce vibrations. The key novelty is that, for the first time, Countervail is integrated into the seatpost as well, to increase comfort and control and reduce muscle fatigue when the hours in the saddle become many.

Frame + fork as a “system”: +12 watts compared to before

The frame and fork were developed as a single system with optimized stiffness: Bianchi declares an improvement of 12 watts compared to the previous generation. It's a clear message: this Infinito isn't born to “endure” performance, but to compete with premium bikes, with the bonus of comfort.

True gravel-ready: not an “emergency” compatibility

Clearance up to 40 mm (slick) and ASTM 2 standard

The frame offers generous tire clearance: Bianchi declares compatibility up to 40 mm (slick). Furthermore, the structure meets the ASTM category 2 requirements, therefore designed for use on road and light off-road with tires that may briefly lose contact with the ground during riding (a typical real all-road scenario).

Integrated storage compartment in the seat tube

There is also a compartment in the seat tube: the “right” space for repair tools or a windproof jacket. It's one of those details that, in practice, makes you go out more often “light” and encourages you to dare new roads.

Updated geometry: more comfort, more stability, more efficiency

Bianchi has updated the geometry with three targeted interventions:

  • increased stack for superior comfort over long distances,
  • longer chainstays for more stability at high speeds and more tire clearance,
  • zero-offset seatpost to optimize hip angle and make pedaling more efficient.

The range is stated in 7 sizes (47–61).

The new Bianchi wheels: aero and "wide" for the modern all-road

Bianchi accompanies the Infinito with two lines of carbon wheels, both with 49 mm profile and 25 mm internal width:

  • Reparto Corse RC 49R with straightpull spokes,
  • Bianchi B 49R with j-bend spokes.

Bianchi also emphasizes the reliability gravel-ready (ASTM 2) and a specific finish for the RC version.

2026 Specifications: three “families” for three ways of experiencing Infinito

Infinito Launch Edition

It is the celebratory version of the launch, with limited production (Bianchi cites a run of 200 special models). The most interesting point is that here the all-road becomes “concrete” even at the drivetrain level: a XPLR 1x13 configuration exists (SRAM Force XPLR AXS 13-speed), paired with 40 mm tires and RC 49R wheels: a setup clearly born for fast gravel and mixed high-pace routes, with mechanical simplicity and more intuitive gear management on variable surfaces.

Infinito Pro

It's the premium version, with the new Reparto Corse RC49 wheels and availability in five different specifications. In practice: the complete architecture (comfort + performance + gravel-ready) with higher and more consistent equipment aligned with the idea of “premium all-road”.

Infinito (standard)

It's the entry point to the platform: two colorways and availability with Shimano 105 Di2 12-speed or 105 mechanical groupsets. It's the option for those who want the new Infinito philosophy without entering the more exclusive specifications.

Who it's designed for (and why it's a smart choice today)

The new Bianchi Infinito is perfect if:

  • you do endurance and gran fondo, but want a bike that makes you feel less “drained” after 4–6 hours,
  • you love gravel roads and rough asphalt, and want a road bike that doesn't force you to change bikes as soon as the surface worsens,
  • you're looking for a platform that unites best-in-class comfort and real performance, without going back to the concept “endurance = slow”.

Infinito 2026 is this: a bike that makes you want to extend the ride, change route at the last minute, head down that gravel road “since it's packed”… and then return to the asphalt with the feeling of still having a real road bike under your hands.
