HYPERGLIDE+ cassettes have revolutionized off-road shifting with perfectly smooth upshifts and downshifts, and now this technology is applied to road cycling as well. Even during maximum efforts on climbs or races, it is no longer necessary to reduce pressure on the pedals to change gears. In any gear, ULTEGRA R8150 drivetrains maximize efficiency thanks to larger sprockets, while maintaining compatibility with existing HYPERGLIDE rear hub bodies. With the move to 12 speeds and no weight increase, ULTEGRA CS-R8100 cassettes represent the new frontier for road bikes.
