The GALFER NEW DISC SHARK EVO 180 mm 6-bolt rotor with Kashima finish is a high-performance brake disc designed to deliver maximum braking power, thermal stability, and long-lasting durability. Ideal for road, gravel, and e-bike use, it offers more consistent and precise braking even in the most demanding conditions, thanks to an increased contact surface and optimized heat dissipation management.

The evolved design integrates a structure with fins and ventilation holes designed to keep temperatures under control during long descents and intensive use. The aluminum core, made from aerospace-grade 7075-T6 alloy and CNC-machined with topological optimization, ensures high structural rigidity and maximum braking precision.

The coplanar construction between the braking track and the core ensures uniform force distribution and even pad wear, improving performance consistency over time. The hard anodic oxide surface treatment significantly increases wear resistance, making it ideal even for extreme use.

The connection between components via 8 mm hollow aluminum rivets and an optimized semi-rigid joint improves force transmission and braking feel. The rotor is also compatible with magnets for speed sensors, maintaining full functionality even on e-bike systems.
