The Elite Avanti smart trainer with Zwift Cog and Click combines precise power measurement, Wi-Fi connectivity, and virtual shifting to make indoor training simple and engaging. The integrated OTS power meter offers a stated accuracy of ±1%, while interactive resistance allows you to simulate gradients of up to 18%.

The Zwift Ready setup, with Zwift Cog pre-installed and the Zwift Click controller included, lets you use Zwift's 24 virtual gears from your very first workout. Automatic calibration, data transmission of up to 10 Hz, and black Flex Feet complete a trainer designed for structured sessions, virtual routes, and online races.

Zwift Cog and Click: simple, silent virtual shifting

The pre-installed Zwift Cog simplifies bike mounting and supports most 8- to 12-speed drivetrains. The Zwift Click controller attaches to the handlebar and lets you select the 24 virtual gears without shifting the bike's derailleur.

Gear changes are made through electronic adjustment of the trainer's resistance: the chain stays on the same sprocket, making shifts smooth and silent.

The Cog is removable and can be replaced with a compatible traditional 9- to 12-speed cassette, choosing the freehub body suited to your drivetrain.

Interactive resistance and gradients up to 18%

Elite Avanti automatically adjusts resistance based on the virtual route or the workout set in the compatible app. Simulating climbs of up to 18% lets you tackle demanding routes and alternate endurance work, intervals, and pace changes.

Data transmission up to 10 Hz for online races

Power, speed, and cadence data transmission can reach a frequency of 10 Hz in compatible setups. Rapid updates allow the platform to register intensity changes promptly, a feature that is particularly useful during sprints and virtual competitions.

High-frequency communication is available via Bluetooth and in wired setups compatible with Elite Gateway, an accessory sold separately.

2.4 GHz Wi-Fi lets you connect Avanti directly to your home network. Once configured, the trainer reconnects automatically when powered on and handles firmware updates without requiring manual intervention.

Two stand-alone modes

Elite Avanti offers two stand-alone modes so you can train even without an active connection to an app. You can use the trainer powered but disconnected from software, or without electrical power, after configuring the relevant mode in advance.

Compatibility with indoor cycling platforms

The Elite Avanti trainer can be used with Zwift, My E-Training, Rouvy, MyWhoosh, Kinomap, Bkool, and other applications compatible with the supported protocols.

Virtual shifting with Zwift Cog and Click is dedicated to Zwift. To use a traditional drivetrain with other platforms, you can remove the Cog and install a compatible cassette, sold separately.
