The Specialized Butcher BLCK DMND 2Bliss Ready represents the next-generation evolution of the intermediate tire tested in World Cup racing. The new tread pattern has been completely redesigned to provide greater control, traction, and steering precision in the most demanding conditions.

The central knobs are now more widely spaced and staggered to ensure smoother, more predictable traction when the bike is leaned over, while the wider shoulder blocks better support cornering loads. The biting edges of the shoulders, repositioned inward, improve lateral grip and stability in more aggressive turns.

The BLCK DMND casing offers an ideal balance of sensitivity and maximum protection against pinch flats and punctures, making it perfect for gravity and enduro use. The construction allows only the contact surface to conform to the terrain to maximize grip and traction, while the tire’s base provides stability and precise steering input support.

The proprietary GRIPTON® compound improves damping of high-frequency vibrations, keeping the tire well glued to the ground on roots, rocks, and small bumps. Lower-frequency impacts, meanwhile, pass through without energy loss, allowing you to maintain high speeds even on rough sections.
