XC: The trail version of the Maxxis Minion DHR II features the same tread pattern as its downhill counterpart but uses a single-ply casing to reduce weight. With side knobs borrowed from the legendary Minion DHF but widened to provide more support, the Minion DHR II has no rivals in cornering. The central tread features ramped knobs to improve acceleration and sipes that allow smooth transitions when leaning into turns. The shovel-shaped knobs on the central tread dig into the ground during hard braking and help keep the bike under control. Use it paired with a Minion DHF for aggressive trail riding at the forefront!
