The bars from the new Tecnica ENERGY line are designed for those who engage in sports activities. Energy GOLD is an energy food with carbohydrates absorbed sequentially from dried fruit and cereals. The special formulation of this product provides part of the energy quickly to the body and the rest gradually over time. It is especially recommended for endurance sports but perfectly meets the needs of all sports. It is made without preservatives and colorants, making it particularly digestible and easy to chew. ENERGY GOLD has a delicate and pleasant almond and marzipan flavor, making it especially suitable for use during competitions. Additionally, it maintains its optimal texture even in extreme weather conditions.

Instructions for use
Before physical activity:
Assume 1 TECNICA GOLD bar about 60-90 minutes before starting the activity, accompanied by about a glass of water.
During physical activity
Long-term commitments: take 1 TECNICA GOLD bar at regular intervals of about 1.5-2 hours during the first part of the race or training, followed by water or Performance Thirst.
Medium-duration commitments: take 1 TECNICA GOLD bar approximately halfway through training or competition, followed by water or Performance Thirst.
