La Castelli Ultra Rain Cape is a packable waterproof jacket made with two-layer Polartec® Weather Protection stretch fabric. It is designed to be used with jackets featuring Ristretto Technology, but it simply fits over a jersey without flapping in the wind and can be folded to fit into a pocket.
