Description

The aerodynamic chainring is made of structural carbon with a 3K glossy finish and is designed to deliver maximum performance in competitive and time trial settings. Configured as a single chainring with a 4-arm BCD 110 mm interface, it is compatible with a wide range of latest-generation Shimano cranksets.

It is compatible with:

  • Shimano Dura-Ace FC-R9200 and FC-R9200-P
  • Shimano Ultegra FC-R8100 and FC-R8100-P
  • Shimano 105 FC-R7100

Not compatible with SRM Origin.

Supports drivetrains:

  • Shimano 11–12 speed
  • SRAM 11 speed
  • SRAM AXS 12–13 speed

For installation on Shimano Dura-Ace, Ultegra, and 105 12-speed cranksets, use of the specific X-Cover DA9200 1x kit is recommended. Alternatively, installation is also possible with the X-Fix ROAD XS kit, available in various anodized colors.

Although it features an anti-drop profile, use of a chain guide is recommended in the case of a rear derailleur without a clutch or not specific to 1x configurations.

It is essential to check the maximum diameter clearance of 249 mm for the 60 and 242mm for the 58 before ordering.

Product 100% Made in Italy, the X-Aeroring chainrings are part of the Carbon-Ti range and are developed and tested also in the World Tour context, with use by UAE Team Emirates.

The carbon fiber structure allows for high aerodynamic efficiency thanks to wind tunnel testing, while the narrow-wide tooth profile ensures chain retention and reduced friction. Use with a new, clean, and well-lubricated chain is recommended for proper break-in.
