ZIPP SL80 Race Handlebar

The Zipp SL 80 Race does just that as it is a premium aero-road carbon handlebar explicitly designed for use with the SRAM RED AXS groupset. The bar features a protrusion to cover the brake tube where it exits the hood. This shelf creates a platform that pairs with the brake lever, providing ideal support for your hands while riding on the hoods. The drop shape has been refined to allow the rider easy access to the brake lever when riding in the drops. The SL 80 Race also has defined locators marked on the drop and the top of the bar for easy positioning of SRAM Wireless Blips. The top of the handlebar has a wing shape for better aerodynamic efficiency, also including key innovations to let you ride comfortably on the flat sections of the bar. Ideal for long climbs or for those who like to grab the tops and go, the top of the bar has a slight downward slope so your hands don’t stay flat. The upper sections of previous aero bars were generally not taped, leaving the carbon uncomfortable and potentially slippery to hold in the top position. However, the SL 80 Race includes an easy-to-apply heat-shrink grip that hides tubes and connectors and provides a non-slip surface to rest on.
