CRONO DRONE WIDE BODY II HELMET

The MET Drone Wide Body II is the second generation of the aero helmet that has conquered numerous time trials on the World Tour and titles at the Ironman World Championships. Chosen by some of the world's best triathletes and a protagonist in time trial victories with UAE Team Emirates and Tadej Pogačar at the Giro and Tour de France, it represents the evolution of aerodynamic performance signed by MET.

The new Drone Wide Body II was developed in the TUBE, the advanced wind tunnel facility at MET's headquarters in Talamona. Here it was completely redesigned to further improve aerodynamic efficiency, with solutions studied to reduce air resistance and maximize speed.

The newly redesigned tail allows the helmet and head to assume a lower position, creating an aerodynamic shield for the shoulders. This concept improves air penetration and makes the Drone Wide Body II up to 13.5 seconds faster over a 40 km time trial compared to the previous version.

Designed for time trials and triathlon, it is the ideal helmet for those who want to maximize aerodynamic efficiency and achieve the best performance against the clock.
