Active Debris Remover (ADR)
The ADR is a patented technology that combines a redesigned dust cover, perfectly fitted into a pulley groove to fully seal the bearing, with a blade structure that rotates with the pulley and dynamically expels debris and dirt during movement.
Developed through laboratory and field testing by sponsored professional teams, the ADR system guarantees maximum protection and smoothness over time, even in the toughest conditions.

ALPHA Disc
The OSPW RS is also available with ALPHA Disc pulleys, first introduced on the OSPW X model for Eagle Transmission.
These pulley wheels feature a two-piece construction:

• a narrow-wide tooth profile in composite material, which reduces noise and wear;

• a solid aluminum disc, which prevents mud and debris buildup between the spokes, increasing stiffness and durability.

This solution, successfully tested during the Cyclocross World Cups and adopted by the Tormans team in the 2022 season, ensures excellent performance even in the most extreme mud.
