The GALFER NEW DISC SHARK EVO 223 mm 6-bolt Black rotor is a next-generation brake disc designed to deliver maximum braking power, absolute control, and thermal stability even in the most extreme conditions. Designed for gravity, enduro, and high-performance e-bike use, it guarantees extremely powerful and modulated braking thanks to the large contact surface and increased mass.

The evolved design integrates an optimized structure with fins and heat dissipation holes that significantly improve heat management, making it ideal for long descents and intensive use. The aluminum core is made from aerospace-grade 7075-T6 alloy and fully CNC-machined through topological optimization, ensuring structural rigidity, precision, and maximum reliability.

The coplanar configuration between the braking track and the core ensures uniform force distribution, improving braking stability and guaranteeing even pad wear thanks to the symmetrical action of the pistons. The hard anodic oxide surface treatment significantly increases wear resistance, ensuring consistent performance over time even in extreme conditions.

The connection between components is made using 8 mm hollow aluminum rivets and an optimized semi-rigid joint, ensuring excellent force transmission and a precise, controlled braking feel.
