The Thule Shield Pannier Small 13L are waterproof bike panniers designed for convenience, durability, and safety during daily commutes and bike trips. This set includes two 13-liter bags, ideal for lightweight bikepacking, urban commuting, or bike travel.

Thanks to the quick-attach system, these bags easily mount on racks with a diameter of 8 to 16 mm and can be removed in seconds without tools. The robust nylon construction and IPX4 waterproof certification provide effective protection against heavy rain and water splashes, keeping the contents always dry.

Inside, three organizational pockets help keep documents and small accessories tidy, while reflective elements and bike light mounts enhance visibility and safety during night riding or low-light conditions. A removable padded shoulder strap is also included for convenient carrying off the bike.
