SPECIALIZED Body Geometry insoles are designed with an ergonomic and scientifically tested approach to enhance pedaling efficiency and riding comfort. Thanks to their cycling-specific structure, they help optimize alignment between the hip, knee, and foot, reducing the risk of pain or injury during longer or more intense rides.

The targeted support for the plantar arch and metatarsal area allows for better distribution of pressure on the foot, improving power transfer to the pedals and decreasing fatigue. The high-density expanded material maintains its shape over time, ensuring consistent support even after many hours of use.

The insoles are available in three different configurations to suit the plantar arch shape of every cyclist:

Red (+)
Support for low arch. This is the solution most similar to the standard insoles found in most cycling shoes.

Blue (++)
Support for medium arch. This is generally the most common and suitable choice for the majority of cyclists.

Green (+++)
Support for high arch, designed for those who require more pronounced foot support.

For even more precise fit customization, the varus/valgus wedges can be used separately; they help correct any misalignments between the knee, leg, and foot, improving pedaling biomechanics.
